An Apple-Ⅱ microcomputer-aided testing system used for measuring fatigue threshold ⊿K_(th) and crack propagation rate in nearby region of ⊿K_(th) by K-Decreasing and K-Increasing method has been introduced. For using K-Decreasing method effectively, it has been suggested the way how to set Load-Decreasing crack propagation interval (⊿a)_D and how to determine fatigue threshold correctly. Finally, the results of corrosion fatigue threshold testing of LC_9 aluminium using this system have boen given.

Three compositions Mg-Al non-equilibrium alloys have been obtained on pure Mg substrate.Pre- liminary identification of the microstructure indicates that laser cladding alloys are different from the cor- responding equilibrium alloys to a great extent in respect of constitutions,constiutional percentages and solid solubilities.Eutectic phases are formed in Mg-rich alloys and in the interface of Al-rich alloys in which polycrystaline structure was observed.The effect of laser processing parameters upon the microstructure...

Corrosion behavior of 1Cr13, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, H62 and Ly11 alloys in acid soils was studied, the results show that corrosion rate of Ly11 alloy was almost 50 times larger than that of stainless steels. A rather good correlation between the corrosion rate and the microstructure of the Ly11 alloy was observed.

研究了1Cr13,1Cr18Ni9Ti,H62黄铜和Ly11铝合金在酸性土壤中的腐蚀行为,结果表明,Ly11铝合金的腐蚀率比不锈钢的腐蚀率约大50倍,发现Ly11铝合金在不同种的酸性土壤中的腐蚀率与其腐蚀产物的相结构有一定的对应关系
