Chemical Constituents of Volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort collected from the Monte HexaPan regions of Ningxia, were studied by means of capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, accompanied by flash vaporization GC.Above 50 ingredients were separated, of which 24 components were identified, the first major constituent being senkyunolidc (46.37%), and the second and third major components butylphthalide (13.87%) and neocnidilide (6.98%) respectively. These compounds have not been isolated from the volatile oil of this herb species previously. The method of flash-vaporization GC was compared with that of steam-distillation extraction GC, results of these two were consistent,and the former possesses the advantages of high speed, simple manipulation, micro-quantity of required herb sample, and exclusion of the interference of the extracting solvents, proved to be an exquisite method for analyzing volatile constituents of medicinal herbs.

采取闪蒸气相毛细管色谱法和气相毛细管色谱—质谱法研究了宁夏六盘山区产川芎的挥发油化学成分,色谱分离出50多个峰,质谱鉴定了24个成分,主要是川芎酜内酯(46.37%)、丁基酞内酯(13.87%)、新蛇床内酯(6.98%)和丁烯基酜酯(4.8%)。红外光谱图中有较强的内酯特征吸收峰,为质谱所鉴定的以上主要成分提供了佐证。将闪蒸气相色谱法与蒸气蒸馏提取气相色谱法进行对照,二者的色谱图基本相符,前者是分析天然产物挥发性成分更加简便、迅速的微量方法。

目的:对比4种方法的提取得率和各提取物中β-榄香烯含量,研究超临界二氧化碳(SFE-CO2)萃取没药的可行性。方法:GC法测定β-榄香烯含量。结果:各提取方法的得率及其中β-榄香烯含量差异很大:SFE-CO2萃取得率为12.09%,挥发油中β-榄香烯含量为7.84%;蒸气蒸馏得率为1.58%,β-榄香烯含量为8.15%;超声提取得率为5.75%,水β-榄香烯含量为1.48%;索氏提取得率为3.56%,β-榄香烯含量为1.48%。结论:SFE-CO2萃取得率和β-榄香烯含量较高,该法优于其它3种提取方法,适用于没药的提取。
