Based on the analysis of the forces exerted on the ploughshare as the share moves in the ground, the relations of the penetrability of the share to the geometrie factors (such as the angles applied in the mounting of the share, the states of the edge, etc. ) are discussed in the present paper. The principle of ,the self-sharpening of the share edge is presented from the law of abrasion. And the detailed study of the share made of the multilayer materials (for example,by the bead welding or the plasma-spraying)...

Based on the analysis of the forces exerted on the ploughshare as the share moves in the ground, the relations of the penetrability of the share to the geometrie factors (such as the angles applied in the mounting of the share, the states of the edge, etc. ) are discussed in the present paper. The principle of ,the self-sharpening of the share edge is presented from the law of abrasion. And the detailed study of the share made of the multilayer materials (for example,by the bead welding or the plasma-spraying) is carried out. From conditions of mechanice and the law of abrasion, a new formula is deduced to obtain the good self-sharpening. This formula indicates the correlations among the factors including the thickness of the layers made of the high abrasion-resisting materials and the bearing materials, the relative coefficients of the abrasion-resistance between layers,and conditions of the ground. Besides, other new formulas are proposed to calculate the relative service life under the conditions of the layers made of the high abrasion-resisting materials on the face or the back of the share.

In this paper, the shape taking of the stable section of the ploughshare edge is analysed on the basis of the pressure exerted on the ploughshare surface and the soil abrasive wear of the share during ploughing. The conditions to keep the section shapes of the ploughshare edge and the formula to calculate the relative service life when the wear-resisting layer is on the face of the share are presented. And,the merits of the wear-resisting layers on the face and on the back of the share are discussed. Author...

本文通过分析角焊缝中应力应变分布及角焊缝的静载强度试验结果,对角焊缝的强度及其计算公式作了初步探讨。结果表明:角焊缝形状对焊缝中的应力应变分布影响很大,增加沿加载方向的焊脚尺寸,能改善焊缝中的应力应变集中程度,从而提高正面角焊缝的静载强度。同时,评定了目前经常使用的几个角焊缝强度计算公式的安全系数。最后,根据本文的试验结果及分析,提出了正面角焊缝强度的简化计算公式。
