Of the 142 cases, the proportion of autosomal recessive (AR), autosomal dominant (AD), X-linked recessive (XR), undetermined and sporadic cases were 31. 0, 6.3, 4.2, 7.8 and 50.7% respectively. There were 14 pedigrees (20 cases) with consanguinity (14.1%); and 13 out of the 20 cases were associated with other congenital deformities, i. e. hystagmus, strabismus, microphthalmus, microcornea, congenital...

本文报导142例属118个家系的视网膜色素变性患着。对其遗传方式、近亲婚配与合并病作了分析。发现常染色体隐性遗传最为常见,常染色体显性及性连锁隐性遗传次之。隐性型发病早,病情发展快、中年可失明;显性型发病晚,症状较轻,发展也慢,晚年仍可保持有用视力。

The uptake and the realease of 3 H-glycine and 3H-aspartic acid in 22 specimens of fresh human embryonic retina were examined by in vitro experimental methods of a radioisotope tracing and an autoradiography so as to understand the emerging time for functional differentiation of neurons of human embryonic retina.

本文应用同位素示踪和放射自显影技术,观察了新鲜人胚胎22例视网膜神经元体外摄取和释放~3H-甘氨酸和~3H-天门冬氨酸功能的出现。结果表明,14~15周人胚胎视网膜已具有摄取和K~+刺激、Ca~(++)依赖性释放外源性~3H-甘氨酸和~3H-天门冬氨酸的能力。摄取和~3H-甘氨酸的细胞是视网膜内核层最深层的细胞,摄取和蓄积~3H-天门冬氨酸的细胞是内核层中部和外核层的部份细胞,根据细胞形态和所在位置,我们认为这些细胞分别是发育中的无长突细胞,双极细胞和视锥细胞。此外,在~3H-天门冬氨酸的放射自显影图像中,可见视网膜的外核层、内网层和神经纤维层中有条索状银粒分布,这可能是Müller细胞被标记的结果。

The double reaction ganglion cells were demonstrated by the HRP grains emerged the from background of cytochrome oxidase product within its perikaryon and processes. Hydrogen peroxide was cancelled in this techenic.

大鼠经双上丘辣根过氧化物酶埋藏后,用氯化钴细胞色素氧化酶反应法处理视网膜,观察到节细胞分别呈高细胞色素氧化酶活性反应、辣根过氧化物酶标记和细胞色素氧化酶/辣根过氧化物酶联合反应,说明此法可作联合反应法使用。本实验中辣根过氧化物酶标记是在不使用过氧化氢的条件下作出的。
