At the same time, to developed the water stop tie continual curing linkage production line and the development rubber support injection forming technology and the complete set of equipment has carried on the technology risk assessment.
In order to enhance the safety, reliability and durability of watertight for high concrete face dam, the structural type of watertight strip and pre placed filling material performances have been studied and the design principles of watertight strip for high reinforced concrete face dam have been put forward. Meanwhile this paper also describes the working principle of flexible filling material and determines the control indexes of its performances.
Some technologies were adopted in the construction of foundation waterproof works of the National Conference Center Project,and waterproof materials involved mainly included SBS waterproof roll material,cement-base crystallized waterproof paint,polymer cement waterproof mortar,ploy-sulfur sealing paste,slow-expansion rubber strip,rubber water-stop,water-stop steel sheet and etc.
In a project,technical measures were taken to ensure the construction quality of basement waterproof,such as self-waterproof structure,and fly-over structure of foundation slab,flexible waterproof with soft protection layer for the external wall,and expansive water-stop strip for the horizontal construction joints of the basement external wall instead of steel water-stop strip and etc.
Elaborated the rubber water stop tiet series product and the rubber support goods process- ing adopting the new technology and the new equipment in the processing, and carries on the comparison, the analysis and the discussion with the traditional technology and the equipment, finally thought the research and development related engineering rubber processes, the new technology and the new equipment are feasible.
