本文研究了各种营养物质和培养条件对茯苓菌丝体生长的影响,得到了固体培养茯苓菌丝体的适宜营养物质和较好的碳氮比例,同时找出了最适培养条件;试验发现,光照和黑暗条件对茯苓菌丝体的生长无明显影响。
