Previously, several authors had proposed, that characteristics of changes in selected respiratory gas exchange parameters, might be used to determine anaerobic threshold(AT) during exercise test with continuously increasing intensities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of determining AT value with characteristics of changes of gas exchange parameters during exercise with intermittent incremental work loads. In 23 young male subjects, we examined the changes in respiratory gas exchange parameters, F_(EO_2), F_(ECO_2), _E/o_2, _E/_(CO_2), and R, during exercise test with intermittent and incremental work load, on a treadmill. Results suggested that, there were nonlinear relationships between changes of F_(EO_2), F_(ECO_2), _E/o_2, _E/_(CO_2), and R and the work output, and that the breakpoints of gas exchange parameters were well reproducible. We consider that respiratory gas exchange indices during intermittent and incremental exercise may be used to determine the AT value.

为研究动脉内膜损伤后内皮细胞的再生修复过程,从而探讨动脉粥样硬化的发病机理,作者设计了在大鼠颈动脉限定段内注射蒸馏水制造内膜浅表损伤的方法。通过用Evans blue活体染色和电镜观察结果,认为这种方法操作简便、效果确实,造成内皮细胞完全脱落,而无内弹力板和中膜的损伤,是研究浅表性内膜损伤后内皮细胞愈合过程的良好方法。

The analysis puts emphasis on the influence of cyclic plastic strain on fatigue damage. Method is advanced for cumulating fatigue with load spectrum in the analysis. Torsional and bending load spectra of drive shaft are worked out and fatigue life of the shaft estimated.
