This paper presents a centered finite differentiation scheme with artificial viscosity. The time-dependent method was applied to the engineering calculation of the transonic turbine cascade flow. As the artificial viscosity decreased gradually the accuracy of the solution was increased to in a certain degree. It was demonstrated by checking calculation that the computed results agreed well with the theoritical solution and experiment data when the artificial viscosity coefficent decreased to the range of 0.02....

It was demonstrated by checking calculation that the computed results agreed well with the theoritical solution and experiment data when the artificial viscosity coefficent decreased to the range of 0.02. It is satisfactory to the requirement of engineering design and calculation.

The equations are solved by the modified SIMPLE method.The steady solution has teen carried by using trme-dependent method. As a special example, a pneumatic transport of a mixture of a gas and solid hollow cylinder ployethlene in a turbulent horizontal flow is solved (Diameter of the pipe, D. 55mm, Length, L: 36.7m, d: 3-4mm, ρ: 958kg/m3). The results good agreement between the numerical calculation and the experiment. Some protlems for pneumatic transport at high solid loading have teen discussed.The method presented is also applicable to the pneumatic conveying in telescoping pipes.

本文发展了高载荷(q>10)两相水平湍流气力输送的数值研究,湍流效应是通过固体颗粒和气体间的相互作用力耦合项来考虑的,方程组是用修正的SIMPLE法求解的。 本文用时间相关法得出了稳态解,作为一个特例,求解了水平湍流中的气体和固体空心柱形聚乙稀粒子混合物的气力输送问题(管径D=55mm,管长L=36.73m,颗粒径d=3~4mmρ_s=958kg/m~3)。计算结果表明,数值计算与实验结果比较,吻合得很好。本中还讨论了高载荷气力输送的某些问题 本数值方法也可应用于缩放管中的气力输送的计算。
