It is more convenient, simple and effective to analyze quality problem of compound deformation of sheet metal pressing parts by means of the concept of stress circle. The occurrence of quality problem may be effectively controlled by adjustmont of die parameter and pressing condition to control position of the stress circle, and by measurement of the deformation in practical production to obtain the position of stress circle.

利用应力分界圆的概念,分析冲压件复合变形时产生的质量问题比较方便、简便和有效。通过模具参数、冲压条件的调整来控制应力分界圆的位置可以有效地控制质量问题的产生,在生产实际中可以通过测量变形获得应力分界圆的位置。

In this paper,authors analysed the deformation process of conical cup drwing,researched the variations of the stress strain distribution and latitudinal stress boundary in deformation process with coordinate grid method. The study shows that there is no dead metal in the whole blank,and with the progress of the conical cup drawing the cup breakage and internal wrinkles show a tendency to increase.

本文对锥形件拉深变形过程进行了分析,并通过坐标网格法探讨了变形过程中的应力应变分布及应力分界圆的变化情况,指出了在锥形件拉深变形过程中整个坯料都是变形区,揭示了随着拉深过程的进行,零件破裂和起皱的趋向性都是增加的。
