Results:For high and low dose groups of AASA, the ear swelling degree was 4. 7 and 2. 8mg,the Evans blue induced effusion was 3. 5 and 1. 2μg·mL-1 and the paw edema volume (1-4h) was 0.28 - 0.31 and 0.18-0.29mL respectively.
2. Ultrastructurally, in the 6h model, mitochondria were swollen with the average volume 0.8336±0.1739μm3 (P<0.05) and their cristae shortened with the surface density 2.9387±0.2098μm-1(P<0.05) in ganglion cells;
RESULTS:ELR had the marked inhibition to nail dropsy tumefaction in rat plasma and acetic distortion reactions in mice were caused by Carrageenan and egg while.
