Energy saving and decrease of material consumption; 5. Environment protection.

钢铁材料因其综合性能好,适应面宽,品种规格多,价格低廉且稳定,仍将是今后最重要的原材料。本文分析了1980~1995年中国钢材的产量、消耗量和进出口量,结合调查结果预测了至2000年中国钢材数量及其品种的需求。指出钢铁工业发展的几个重要方向:①主要围绕超高功率电炉和近终形连铸-连轧发展的紧凑式电炉短流程,以及用铁水预处理,炉外精炼,连铸及冷、热连轧机组配套的高炉-转炉长流程;②满足国民经济对品种的需求;③提高产品质量和建立质量体系;④继续节能降耗;⑤加强环境保护。

In recent years, decreasing process energy-comsumption of iron and steel industries in our country was achieved a remarkable success, but there were still some considerable disparities compared with the developed countries.The technology of saving in energy in iron and steel industries in our country was explored in this paper based on the major production flow; blast furnace-converter-hot rolling so as to realize the overall goal in energy saving in 2000.

近年来,我国钢铁工业在降低工序能耗方面取得了显著成效,但与发达国家相比仍有较大差距。本文以钢铁工业采用的主要生产流程,高炉-转炉-热轧为依据,探讨了我国钢铁工业的节能技术,以促进2000年钢铁工业节能总目标的实现。
