针对复合材料疲劳损伤的特征 ,将损伤过程分为减速损伤和加速损伤两个阶段 ;基于连续介质损伤力学的概念 ,建立了疲劳损伤演化两阶段模型。并用此模型描述了 Silicone X2 38、Chloroprene、Noryl GTX830等复合材料的疲劳损伤。结果表明 ,提出的两阶段模型与试验结果吻合较好。

Objective To probe into the incidence,mechanism and clinical characteistics of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH)evolving from fran matic subdural effusion(TSE).Methods The clinical materials of 28 patients with CSDH evolving from TSH were analyzed retrospectively and the correlative literature was reviewed.Results 18.1% of the patients with TSH evolved into CSDH,the duration of evolution was 18-90days after head injury.All patients were cured with hematorma drainage.Conclusion TSE is one of the origins of CSDH,the...

目的探讨外伤性硬膜下积液演变为慢性硬膜下血肿机制、临床过程及机率。方法分析我院1990~2005年间所有收治的慢性硬膜下积液病人的临床资料及转变成慢性硬膜下血肿的临床资料和相关资料。结果本组18.1%的外伤性硬膜下积液演变为慢性硬膜下血肿,积液演变为血肿的时间为伤后18~90d,经钻颅血肿引流均治愈。结论外伤性硬膜下血肿一部分是由慢性硬膜下积液演变而来,发病年龄有两极化趋势,致病方式常为颅脑损伤轻微或合并有减速损伤
