Objective:To study the precision and accuracy of H point methods applied to gray systems analysis.Methods:The UV spectra of Flos sophorae and rutin were scanned to select the wavelength ranges without disturbance of interference,and the content of rutin was determined by this method to compare with pharmacopeia method.Results:The recovery by means of this method was 100.6% with RSD of 3.11%( n =7).The content of rutin of the sample determined by this method and the pharmacopeia method was 16.17% ( n =5) and 17.24%( n =5) respectively.There was no significant difference between the two methods.Conclusion:This method can be used to deal with gray systems quickly such as traditional and herbal drugs.

目的 :研究H point法在灰色体系中的应用 ,考察其分析结果的可靠性。方法 :扫描槐米和芦丁的紫外吸收光谱 ,优化纯组分区间 ,利用标准加入系列光谱数据 ,测定主要成分芦丁的含量 ,并与药典方法比较。结果 :该法回收率为 10 0 .6 % ,RSD为 3.11% (n =7) ,芦丁的含量为 16 .17% (n =5 ) ;药典方法测得量为 17.2 4 % (n =5 ) ,二者无显著性差异。结论 :此法适合于灰色体系的分析 ,为快速分析中药提供了一条重要思路 ,具有一定的实际应用价值。
