为探讨肾癌的生物学行为及预后,采用免疫组化ABC法对53例肾癌组织中PCNA进行检测,取6例肾错构瘤及正常肾组织作为对照。结果发现:肾错构瘤中未见PCNA着色,在正常肾组织中仅见少许细胞着色,而肾癌所有切片均呈阳性反应。肾癌组织的PCNA表达与肿瘤分期、分级均相关,PCNA高表达组(3~4级)术后5年生存率显著较PCNA低表达组(1~2级)短。PCNA可定量地判断肿瘤分化程度及恶性度,可作为肾癌预后判断的独立指标
