The mineralization rate of NO3——N became slower after 90 d,while after 120 d the rate of chicken manure,cattle manure and pig manure was 42.6%,24.0%,22.6%,respectively; that of chicken manure compost,cattle manure compost and pig manure compost was 23.4%,16.0%,18.0%.
Nitrate content of the treatment that the percent of manure is 1.2% is lower in the same organic manure. Nitrate content of 1.2% corn stalk, chicken manure, pig manure and deer manure is respective 80.22mg/kg, 89.16mg/kg, 100.81mg/kg and 75.19mg/kg.

Considering the present status and the development of the use of fertilizer and the poultry production in China, the pollution problem and the usability of chicken excrement in poultry farms were analysed.
An experiment was conducted with mixed materials of chicken excrement and wheat straw to study the changes of microorganism population, E4/E6 election conductance rate (EC), and pH during an aeration composting process in a static state with high temperature.
Suitable fermentation conditions for the chicken excrement using EM were found to be: 50％ water content in chicken excrement, 3.5％— 5.0％ concentration of EM, temperature of exceeding 25℃ and reaction periods of 3—7 days.
