Due to the development of science and technolgy, technology has transformedfrom experience into theory. Therefore, its assessment standards have also been becomingcomplicated. In this paper, the authors try to discuss the modern assessment standardsof the theory of technology. The authors consider that the assessment of technological theory asa whole should be a comprehensive assessable method, because technology itself is determined bythe character of nature and society, and by the development of technology.The approach of theassessment of technological theory not only has practical significance, but also arouses the thinkingof people, i. e., what is the relationship between the scientific philosophy and the technologicalphilosophy; and should the scientific philosophy derive some lessons from the modern revolutionand the rapid development of technology?

数学是一门理性科学,弄清数学理论评价的标准对弄清其它理论自然科学的评价机制有一定的意义。本文首先对历史上数学家对单个理论的评价标准作了考察,揭示了数学理论评价标准的演化过程和各个历史时期数学家在评价数学理论时所持的具体不同的标准。其次,作者认为历史上数学家往往只是谈论单个理论的评价问题,而实际上他们在评价理论时,常常要涉及到理论系列的评价问题,本文分“同一层次”和“不同层次”的理论系列二种情况,具体分析了数学家在这种理论系列评价时所持的标准。再次,作者认为历史上的数学家往往言明自己只持一种评价标准,而实际上他们在评价理论时,常常要辅以其他几种标准综合考虑。作者在上述工作的基础上最后从系统论的观点出发提出了数学理论的“结构—功能”综合评价标准的框架,认为自古以来数学家在评价一个数学理论时往往要从数学理论系统的结构和功能二个方面着手综合考察,然后作出判断。在这个过程中,数学家既要考虑到单个理论的本身,又要考虑到与其他理论系列的比较;既要考虑到数学理论的基础(即结构问题)又要考虑到它解决数学问题的能力(即功能问题)。

Grey Systems theory[1] is one of the basics quantization in natural science and social sciences. This paper suggests that natural science and social sciences possess the model of graphic significance, and deals with some properties on the importance of edge set of complete bipartite graph, puts forward how to make use of the relational space concept of grey systems theory to analyse the influence between edge sets of complete bipartite graph, so as to define the most important set edge in the graph.

灰色系统理论是自然科学、社会科学量化的基础之一,本文在这个基础上建立了自然科学、社会科学具有图论意义的模型.并阐述和论证了完全二分图(complete bipartite graph)边集重要性的某些性质,提出了如何利用灰色系统理论关联空间概念分析完全二分图中边集之间的影响,从而确定图中最重要的一组边.
