收集雌性大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)24小时尿,采用化学的测定方法,经水解,多次提取、皂化、甲基化及层析等过程,将尿中雌酮、雌二醇及雌三醇分离出来,经显色后用分光光度计比色,计算其准确含量。实验结果表明:(一)、大熊猫24小时尿中雌激素总排出量是18.8—42.87mg,平均为31.32mg,其中雌酮为9.6—16.45mg,平均是12.81mg,雌二醇为3.0—8.7mg,平均为5.85mg,雌三醇为5.78—19.63mg,平均是12.67mg。(二)雌激素的总排出量及雌酮、雌二醇、雌三醇的排出量有明显的季节变化,高峰值在三月下旬至四月初,十月份出现最低值。(三)雌激素的总排出量及雌酮、雌二醇、雌三醇的排出量与生态环境及食物有一定关系,自然保护区内的大熊猫的三种激素的排出量均高于动物园饲养的大熊猫。(四)雌激素的排出量与年龄有关,高峰值在8—12岁。

This report describes the data of some internal organs in 4 giant Pandas.The materials,which included the digestive tracts,hearts, livers,spleens,lungs and kindeys,were fixed by 8~10% formalin and th- en measured the length and internal diameter of the digestive tracts,the weight of other organs.Compared with carnivorous animals,the Giant pan- da has similar measurement of the internal organs except the lighter hearts and kindeys.

本文对四只大熊猫的消化管、心、肝、脾、肺和肾经8%~10%的甲醛溶液固定后,分别测定了消化管的长度和内径,以及五种器官的重量,并与肉食兽进行了比较,结果表明大熊猫的消化管和五种主要器官的数值除心和肾相对重量低于肉食兽外,其余器官基本与肉食兽一致。心脏重量减轻可能与大熊猫活动较弱有直接关系;而肾脏重量显著低于肉食兽有待进一步探讨。

This paper accounts the natural and social environment of Wolong Natural Conservation Area and the present situation of giant pandas in it. The ecologic, economic and social bendfits as well as negative effects (especially the living conditions of giant pandas) probably brought by constructing cascade hydropower stations are analysed. Some suggestions, particularly to the central district layout, are made.

根据笔者参加卧龙特区梯级电站规划中了解到的一些情况,首先阐述了保护区的自然环境和社会环境以及在此背景上造成的当前大熊猫的处境。接着分析了梯级电站建设可能带来的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。同时,又估计到会带来的一些不利影响,重点是对大熊猫的生存环境方面。最后,从加强自然保护角度建议对方案中在核心区布置的一些梯级电站应持慎重态度,并提了几点保护措施。
