本文通过分析一类多品种小批量的产品加工完成期中可能出现的突发事件的种类以及对加工计划造成的影响,根据车间实际情况,提出了一种行之有效的基于知识的突发事件处理支持系统,研究了系统的知识表达、组成与功能。该系统能方便地处理加工过程中各种突发事件情况下计划变动问题。在本文最后,作者提出了今后需要进一步研究的方向。

a +bi+cj型联系数是对所研究的集对H作同异反程度刻画的一种数 ,用它可以较好地刻画工程中因未知或难以估计的因素所引起的工期不确定性以及由突发事件引发的反常情况带来的工期变化 ,从而形成一种有别于传统但更加符合工程实际的网络计划方法。这种方法本质上可以看作是基于a+bi型联系数的网络计划方法的推广。
