Based on the finite element contact theory multi-tooth contact finite element models are established for both external and internal gearing. An approach is presented to calculate the number of gearing teeth, load distribution in gearing teeth and the tooth surfaces.
Then a theory of serialization design for the transmis- sion aimed at higher loading capacity was presented on the basis of elasto-quasi-static analysis,e- lastic mesh effect analysis,parameter design for internal gearing and parametric optimization.
An analysis was performed of the leakage causes of the CN type internal meshing cycloidal gear pumps, and the leakage problems in material transportation were completely solved by using the magnetic drive gears to retrofit the pumps.
