The planetary cycloidal equidistant-curve gear reducer with 1-tooth difference between the pinion and the annular gear has the advantages of higher efficiency, larger load capacity and simpler construction as compared with the cycloidal pin wheel reducer.This paper presents a theorectical analysis and experimental tests to demonstrate those advantages.

摆线等距线齿轮是近年来研制的一种新型齿轮传动。它是利用互为全包络曲线的摆线等距线作为共轭曲线的一种齿轮机构,其特点为:①双摆线啮合;②在节点附近近似面接触;③齿廓间形成包油腔。应用摆线等距线齿轮组成的内啮合一齿差行星减速器与摆线针轮减速器相比,具有效率高、承载能力大和结构简单等优点。本文通过理论阐述和试验结果,证实了摆线等距线齿轮的优点。

By calculatorn of transmission ratio of 3K planetary gear train, the author looks upon its movemens as a series connection of binary transmission of 2K-H mechanism, a simple single 2K-H (miuus) mechanism and a double 2K-H (NN type) mechanism with binary planetary gear. In this paper the analysis of motion and force on mechanism is made and the maxium circular force and the maxium circular speed are discussed It shows that between two large internal spur gears, the more teeth number of the stationary one, rather than the other one, is the better design. This proposition offers to help in selection of teeth number of gear for design of 3K transmission

本文通过对3K行星轮系的传动比计算,将该机构的运动分解为两种相串联的ZK-H运动,其中一为简单的单排2K-H(负号)机构,另一为有双联行星轮的双排ZK-H(NN型)机构.3K机构传动比大,主要取决于此双排2K-H机构.文中对其进行了运动及受力分析,计算了最大圆周力及最大圆周速度,均证明了在两个内啮合大齿轮中,以固定的内啮合大齿轮齿数大于另一内啮合大齿轮的齿数为佳,从而为设计3K轮系传动提供了齿数选择的方向.

This software is common and convenient in use. It can be used as CAD software for other products with simple modification.

在机械传动装置中,广泛地应用着齿轮传动。外啮合圆柱齿轮、内啮合圆柱齿轮、圆维齿轮和蜗轮蜗杆传动是齿轮传动的基本形式。我们在长期工作研究的基础上,建立了一套CAD软件。该软件可自动进行以上四种传动形式的优化设计,可通过人机交互完成齿轮的结构设计,用有限元分析计算齿轮的强度,并可在绘图机上绘制齿轮的工作图。该软件适用性强、使用方便,经过简单的修改便可用于其它机械产品的CAD。
