The influence laws and the significance of the parameters to the forming quality are analyzed. The method for the selection of designing variable and establishment of objective function in optimization are put forward. By expert knowledge and empirical data, the constraint condition and optimization range are determined.
In the light of actual constraint condition, the medium flow field in quenching tank is simulated by the use of the finite-element software ANSYS, and the flow speeds of certain characteristic points in the flow field are measured through the ultrasonic Doppler speed meter.
