Results Diagnosis was mainly confirmed by pathologic results. The diagnostic rate of combined diagnostic D & C(dilatation and curettage)and biopsy neoplasm of cervix was 66.7%(6/9).

Total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy were performed in 8 cases,total hysterectomy and single salpingo-oophorectomy or total hysterectomy 6 cases,total biopsy neoplasm of cervix 1 case.

The cure rate was 96.1% with 700 cervical erosions, 98.2% with 57 chronic cervicitis, 92.3% with 13 hyperplastic cervical polyps and 100% with both 30 neoplasms and 5 dysplasia of the cervical squamous epithelium.
Four hundred ninety-five specimens,biopsied during July 1992 to March 1993,pathologically diagncsed to be vulvar, vaginal or cervical condylomas in 52,squamouspapillomatosis in 202, non-specific inflammation or hyperplastic change in 241,werescreened for detection of human papillomavirus(HPV)-Ag or HPV- DNA by immuno-histochemical study and dot-blot hybridization technique.
Results Patients' age ranged from 30~39 years, accounted as 45.5% totolly Cases with cervical hypertrophy, cervical condyloma, CIN Ⅰ、CIN Ⅰ~Ⅱ、CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ before LEEP were more in number than those after LEEP, but cervicitis and CIN Ⅲ before LEEP were less than those after LEEP.
Methods A total of 209 patients with cervical lesions including cervical epithelial neoplasia,cervical HPV infection,cervical polyp and condyloma,and severe cervicitis were performed LEEP in our hospital.
