葡萄风信子的田间试验研究表明,由不同等级的种球长成的植株,生长表现出一定的规律性,即种球越大出苗越早、越整齐,单株叶面积更大,花葶更多,花与植株更具观赏性。通过对种球繁殖系数和产量增长百分率的计算,明确了不同等级种球的繁殖情况。在5℃下,将种球分别冷藏7周、8周、9周、10周、11周,结果表明种球冷藏对葡萄风信子开花有促成作用,冷藏时间越长,开花越早。研究可对葡萄风信子种球生产与商品花节日上市提供技术指导。

葡萄风信子的叶片、鳞茎作为外植体,在MS基本培养基上培养,研究葡萄风信子的再生体系的建立。结果表明:以MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg.L-1+AC 0.1%诱导叶片、鳞茎形成愈伤组织的效果较好,叶片诱导频率达80%,鳞茎达100%;再分化培养以MS+AC1.0 g.L-1效果较好,达到100%;以1/2MS附加IBA 1mg.L-1并添加0.1%活性炭的培养基诱导生根效果较好,其生根率达65%。移栽至珍珠岩与营养土(3∶1)的混合基质中,成活率达96%。
