The effects of vitamin B 6 (VB 6) deficiency on the amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and aminotransferase activity of the silkworm, Bombyx mori , were studied in newly ecdysed 5th instar larvae reared on a semisynthetic diet that contained no mulberry powder and in which vitamin free casein was the protein source. Under VB 6 deficient conditions, larval growth was retarded, the catabolism of branched chain amino acid (leucine, valine, isoleucine) was inhibited, and lysine catabolism was stimulated....

The leucine, valine, isoleucine and serine content in haemolymph were markedly increased by VB 6 deficiency. Conversely, lysine, proline, arginine, methionine and glutamine content decreased, especially markedly in lysine. The lack of dietary VB 6 also inhibited synthetic metabolism of fatty acids and reduced the activity of glutamic pyruvic transaminase.

目的 验证尿硫测定是否可以在生长迅速的新出生的小猪模型上精确反映含硫氨基酸的分解代谢情况。 方法 在有充分营养支持的小猪肠内营养模型上 ,观测静脉注射的无机硫酸盐、以及蛋氨酸中的硫是否完全经尿排泄。 结果以总硫方式测定的无机硫酸盐和蛋氨酸在尿中的回收率分别为的 95 6 %和 10 5 5 %。 结论 在生长迅速的小猪模型上 ,尿硫测定这一无同位素标记、无创的方法可以精确反映含硫氨基酸的分解代谢情况。
