Objective Study on community health service (CHS) was carried out form five aspects of policy support,management system,service network,service contents and service mode in Daxing district of Beijing,so as to provide some references for other rural areas to develop CHS.
Methods Questionnaire surveys covering 8231 rural and urban population in Puyang were carried out to investigate the demand,and satisfactory degree of residents for community health service,and the general conditions of patients suffering from chronic non-infectious diseases before and after establishment of community health service network.
The teachers interviewed generally thought that the teaching reformation of preventive medicine course should be made closer to the change of medical model,meet the requirements of disease prevention and treatment in community health services,and aim at training students' entirety thought about health and diseases.
