2 could persevere 60±4.05h effective ,there was very nobility difference with the others (P<0.01); The centrifuging ratio was betterwith 1000r/min and could persevere 50±3.68h effective (P<0.05)in low temperature. The ratioof diluents was better with 1:1(semen/diluents).
The extender based on glucose 3.0g, citrate sodium 2.0g, yolk 20ml was better for chilled storage than other extenders (p<0.05), and selected for ram semen chilled storage.

The good quality semen of the mutton buck were preserved with two kinds at diluents of low temperature. The results showed that two kinds of diluents prescription had no significant difference in the total surviving time and surviving index(P>0. 05) , both of them had ideal effect in low temperature preservation. The pH of different prescription would be fallen with time. The effect of fresh diluents was obvious better than that of the diluents which had been stored for 4 days.
