Six hundred and fifty 18-week-old Ross chicken were used for investigating the effects of "MFP" compound additive, which consisted of maifanite, zeolithe and bentonite, on the laying functions of layers during 113 days of experimental period. The results obtained were as follows: (1) the laying rate in experimental group was 3.1% higher than that of control group; (2) the feed was conversed more efficiently in experimental group; (3) the compressive strength of shell in experimental group was significantly stronger;...

The results obtained were as follows: (1) the laying rate in experimental group was 3.1% higher than that of control group; (2) the feed was conversed more efficiently in experimental group; (3) the compressive strength of shell in experimental group was significantly stronger; (4) there were no significant differences of egg weight and shell thickness between the experimental and control groups; (5) the experimental birds have more trace elements such as Cu, Mn and Se in muscles and less adverse elements (Hg, As, Cd) in eggs than the controls; (6) the average time of feed passing through digestive tract in experimental birds was 166. 28 min as compared to 149. 13 min in controls. Based on the finding above-mentioned, it may be considered that "MFP" compound additive could have augmented the laying capacity of chicken.

选用18周龄“罗斯”蛋鸡650只,饲喂以麦饭石、沸石、膨润土为主体的复合添加剂(简称MFP),试验期113d.结果,试验鸡产蛋率比对照组提高3.1%;饲料报酬、蛋壳抗压强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋重都好于对照组,蛋中微量元素Cu、Mn、Se含量均高于对照组(P<0.05),有害微量元素Hg、As、Cd含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);饲料在消化道停留的时间是166.18min,比对照组(149.13min)长.由此认为,MFP对蛋鸡的生产性能有促进作用.
