Portland cements with similar specific surface were made in the same laboratory-mill with different clinkers produced in new type dry process kiln, wet process kiln, and shaft kiln. The different compatibility between cement and superplasticizer was tested with Marsh cone method and mini-slump instrument method by measuring saturation point, Marsh time, cement paste fluidness and its loss with time. An appraisal of the two methods was made.

选取了新型干法窑、湿法窑和立窑等不同烧成工艺条件下所生产的熟料,在同一实验磨中磨制成比表面积相近的硅酸盐水泥。采用了Marsh筒法和微型塌落度仪法对水泥与减水剂的相容性进行了对比研究,通过Marsh筒法饱和点的高低、Marsh时间大小、净浆流动度大小及其经时损失等指标来表示水泥与减水剂的相容性,并对这2种检测方法作出评论。

The compatibility of cement with water reducer was studied by Marsh cone method,and the effect of water reduce r on flowability of cement paste and concrete was discussed.The characteris tics of Marsh cone method have been pointed out com-pared with GB8077-87cement paste fl owability method.

Marsh筒法研究并评价了水泥与减水剂的适应性,讨论了减水剂对水泥净浆流动性能及混凝土流动性能的影响;同时对比Marsh筒法和GB8077-87净浆流动度法,并指出了Marsh筒法的若干特点。

The effect of different burning process such as new dry process kiln,wet process kiln and shaft kiln etc.,on th e compati-bility between cement and superplasticizer were studied by measuring Marsh saturation point ,Marsh time ,fluidness and its loss with time of the cement paste.The pro per burning condition was put forward to obtain the clinker which has good compatibility with superplasticizer.

通过检测对比水泥净浆的Marsh筒饱和点、Marsh时间、流动度及经时损失,分析探讨了新型干法窑、湿法窑和立窑等不同烧成工艺条件对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响,提出了获得与高效减水剂相容性良好的熟料所需具备的煅烧工艺条件。
