So ISP needs to provide a solution to the problem of effective VPN cross-field communication. Based on MAN BGP MPLS VPN of different cities, with VRF’s Import/Export Target equipped on ABSR for VPN, VRF to VRF group network ways are realized, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.

The management of permission in the Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) 2001 model is studied in this paper. Aiming at problems of this model,the conception of object_group is introduced into the traditional model of permission,and the model of permission based on object_group is constructed. Then,a new RBAC model based on object_group(GB-RBAC)is presented,which makes the operation of administrators easy and implements the dynamic management of permission in time.
