On the basis of polarization behavior measurement and X-ray diffraction identification for studied phases as well as the consistency of μ component obtained by EDX analyses and differential method, it is sure that the established method is reliable.The effect of C, Al, Nb and Ti on the precipitates in GH 150 was analysed, then an appropriate alloy composition was determined in which a planty of γ' and only a little μ phase were precipitated.

A method for the determination of nickel and sixteen impurities in Pt-Ni and Pd-Ni alloys was developed by using ICP-AES, without the separatiOn and preconcentration. The ranges of the determination were l~50%for Ni;0.05~0.4%for Bi and Pd;0.03~0.24%for Pt,Rh,Ir Sn,Pb,Sb,and Al;0.0l~0.08%for Au and Fe;0.004~0.032%for Ag,Cu, Cd,Zn; and 0.002~0.016%for Mg and Mn. The relative stan-dard deviation of all the elements mentioned above was 0.6~8.7%. This analvsis method was simple, rapid and accurate.
