Thermal Behavior, Decomposition Mechanism and Non-isothermal Decomposition Reaction Kinetics of Lead Salts of 2-Hydroxy-3,5-dinitropyridine and 4-Hydroxy-3,5-dinitropyridine and Their Application in Propellant
Using the burning data of RDX/AP/Al/HTPB propellants with ns-Fe2O3 catalyst, the BP network structure was built and the relation between the content of catalysts in propellant and burning rate was simulated.
The results show that Ct 3 catalyst is one kind of the best combustion catalyst, which increases the burning rate of propellants from 19 6mm/s to 26～27mm/s at 15MPa pressure and decreases the pressure exponent from 0 9 to 0 2.
Nanocomposite oxide Bi2O3·SnO2 was synthesized by coprecipitation method using BiCl3 and SnCl4·5H2O as the reactant. The particle size, crystal form and phase were determined with XRD and TEM. Average particle size of samples were about 5 nm.
The current development and application of bonding agents in PU-based composite solid pro pellants are summarized in this paper, the kinds and working mechanism of civil bonding agents are also briefly introduced.
Analysis and operational results show that the control system can meet all technical requirements for high energy composite solid propellant manufacturing.

High yield and good parity is easy to obtain with commercial available raw materials in this method. As bonding agents prepared from hydranotoin showed notable mechanicl properties improvement in nitnamine containing solid propellants.
