The effect of several combustion catalysts,such as energetic lead salt B,aromatic acid lead salt C,aromatic acid copper salt B,carbon black CB 1 or CB 4,on the combustion behavior of screw compressed Al RDX CMDB propellants was investigated when they were used alone or as a combination of two or three of them. The experimental results show that both energetic lead salt B and nonenergetic aromatic acid lead salt C are able to increase the burning rate and decrease pressure exponent of the propellants when they are respectively used together with copper salt and carbon black. The catalytic activity of energetic lead B is higher than that of aromatic acid lead salt C. The reason is that the thermal decomposition product PbO of energetic lead salt B has a higher catalytic activity than the later′s.

研究了含能铅盐B、芳香酸铅盐C、芳香酸铜盐B、炭黑CB1或CB4作为催化剂(单独使用或两者复合或三者复合使用)对螺压AlRDXCMDB推进剂燃速和压力指数的影响规律。指出了无论是含能铅盐B还是芳香酸铅盐C,当它们分别与铜盐和炭黑组成铅铜炭复合催化剂时,都有良好的提高燃速和降低压力指数的“协同效应”。含能铅盐B燃烧催化剂活性比芳香酸铅盐C要高,故使用量少,对提高配方能量有益。含能铅盐B燃烧催化活性高的主要原因可归结为其热值较高,热分解最终的产物PbO活性较大。

It was studied the influence of kneading time, curing time, curing temperature and cessation angles on the burning rate, pressure exponent and mechanical properties of solid propellants consisting of NC granules, oxidizer and combustion stabilizer etc. The results show that the interface properties of mixed solid materials affect the infusion of NG into NC granules,which controls the burning rate and pressure exponent of propellants. It was studied the influence of kneading time, curing time, curing temperature and cessation angles on the burning rate, pressure exponent and mechanical properties of solid propellants consisting of NC granules, oxidizer and combustion stabilizer etc. The results show that the interface properties of mixed solid materials affect the infusion of NG into NC granules,which controls the burning rate and pressure exponent of propellants. The kneading time of RDX CMDB slurry affects the combustion and mechanical properties. The combustion and mechanical properties are improved by the increase of curing time at 70℃.

介绍了混合物料休止角、配浆捏合与固化过程中工艺参数对塑溶胶型浇铸CMDB推进剂性能的影响。
