本文用扭辩分析法研究了硝化棉,双基粘合剂及改性双基推进剂的动态粘弹性。 由硝化纤维素的动态扭辩分析实验,测得硝化纤维素的玻璃化转变阻尼峰,取得硝化纤维素的玻璃化转变温度T_g值。 对双基粘合剂进行动态扭辩分析实验,所得粘弹谱图在较宽的温度范围(-110℃~+200℃)呈现出的四个阻尼峰进行了分析研究,认为硝化甘油对硝化棉在低温为有限溶解,因此在低温-50℃左右出现的阻尼峰与纯硝化甘油的玻璃化转变温度T_g有关。解释了约28℃、133℃、178℃的三个阻尼峰,分别为双基粘合剂体系的玻璃化转变温度T_g,双基粘合剂中硝化甘油的分解温度及硝化棉的玻璃化转变温度。 本文对改性双基推进剂的动态粘弹性也进行了实验研究,从所得热谱图分析了改性双基推进剂的动态粘弹性,并指出推进剂动态粘弹性的实际使用意义。

Usually, condensed phase aluminium oxide particles deposit on the nozzle wall of the solid rocket engine with aluminized propellant. The deposition has a heavy effect on the performence for the small nozzle throat and long time operation solid rocket engine.This paper is concerned with the aluminium oxide deposition law on the nozzle throat and its mathematical expression which can be used to predict aluminium oxide deposit result in the solid rocket engine.

使用含铝推进剂的固体火箭发动机,在工作时,一般在喷管壁面上留下一层三氧化二铝的沉积物.这沉积物对于小喷管喉部,长时间工作的固体火箭发动机工作性能影响很大. 本文从喷管喉部的能量守恒、热传导规律出发,分析并求出了三氧化二铝在喉部的沉积规律及其数学表达式.从而,可以予估使用含铝推进剂的固体火箭发动机在其工作时三氧化二铝的沉积状态.

The dynamic mechanical properties of the composite modified doublebase (CMDB), double-base (DB) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composite propellants were measured respectively with a Rheovibron viscoelastometer. The effects of three kinds of solid fillers[aluminium (A1), ammonium perchlorate (AP) and cyclotetraethylenetetranitramine (HMX)] and the different kinds and contents of plasticizers[triacetin(TA), ortho-dibutyl phthalate(DBP)and nitroglycerine(NG)]on the dynamic mechanical properties of the double-base...

The dynamic mechanical properties of the composite modified doublebase (CMDB), double-base (DB) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composite propellants were measured respectively with a Rheovibron viscoelastometer. The effects of three kinds of solid fillers[aluminium (A1), ammonium perchlorate (AP) and cyclotetraethylenetetranitramine (HMX)] and the different kinds and contents of plasticizers[triacetin(TA), ortho-dibutyl phthalate(DBP)and nitroglycerine(NG)]on the dynamic mechanical properties of the double-base binder were studied. The dynamic mechanical data and spectrums on these ingredients have been obtained at a fixed frequency(3Hz)and a broad range of temperature. At the same time, the impact strengths of the CMDB propellant, the double-base binder and the pvc propellant were also measured at a broad range of temperature. Experimental conclusions have been obtained that the dynamical mechanical properties of the CMDB propellant lie between the DB and PVC composite propellants and depend on its binder system, and that the CMDB propellant has the specific properties of both higher mechanical damping and a strong β relaxation at low temperature.

本文利用自动粘弹谱仪分别测定了改性双基(CMDB)推进剂、双基(DB)推进剂和聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合推进剂的动态力学性能。研究了三种固体填料[铝粉(A1)、高氯酸铵(AP)、奥克托金(HMX)]和增塑剂[三乙酸甘油酯(TA)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、硝化甘油(NG)]的种类与含量对双基粘合剂的动态力学性能影响。文中给出了这些配方在频率为3Hz、宽广温度范围内的动态力学性能数据和图谱。本文还测定了CMDB推进剂、双基粘合剂和PVC推进剂在宽广温度范围内的冲击强度。本文认为CMDB推进剂的动态力学性能介于DB推进剂与PVC复合推进剂之间,并在使用温度范围内具有内耗较大、低温强β松弛的特点。
