On the basis of the polygenic hypothesis, a quantitative genetic model of plant mutagenesis is proposed. It includes three basic hypothesis, from which gene and genotypic frequencies, mean, variance, genotypic and phenotypic distribution functions of the mutation generation population are derived. A clear definition of quantitative trait (QT) mutant and a formula for calculating mutation frequency of the QT are given. Discussion is made on some applications of the model, including the theoretical studies, genetic analyses and parameters' estimation in mutation breeding. Two practical examples are analysed with the model. The resuits indicate that the model could explain experimental phenomena well so that it could play a role of theoretical direction in mutation breeding. Lastly, the relationship between gene mutation rate and mutation probability and the application of the model in the analysis of multiple characters are discussed.

多基因假说为基础,提出了植物诱变的数量遗传模型.它包括3个基本假设,由此导出诱变世代群体的基因和基因型频率、均值、方差及基因型和表现型分布函数.给出了数量性状突变体的明确定义及数量性状突变频率的计算公式.对模型的一些应用作了讨论,包括诱变育种中的理论研究、遗传分析和参数估计.对两个实例作了分析,结果表明本模型能较好地解释实验现象,对诱变育种有理论指导作用.最后讨论了基因突变率与突变概率间的相互关系及本模型在多性状分析中的应用问题.

48 individuals randomly selected from the crossed progeny of big and small line of New Yangzhou Chickens were used to analyze the relationship between the combinations of two types of genetic markers(EAV/DNA fingerprints band J and OPAY02 band S_1,S_2) and the bodyweight.The results show that there are significant difference between the combinations of the two genetic markers on the bodyweight at 8,10 and 26 weeks,especially the J~-S~-_1S~+_2 combination genetic marker,its body weight of chickens at 8,10 and...

48 individuals randomly selected from the crossed progeny of big and small line of New Yangzhou Chickens were used to analyze the relationship between the combinations of two types of genetic markers(EAV/DNA fingerprints band J and OPAY02 band S_1,S_2) and the bodyweight.The results show that there are significant difference between the combinations of the two genetic markers on the bodyweight at 8,10 and 26 weeks,especially the J~-S~-_1S~+_2 combination genetic marker,its body weight of chickens at 8,10 and 26 weeks is bigger than that of another JS_1S_2 combination genetic markers at 0.05 or 0.01 test level.According to quantitative characters polygene hypothesis,it can be assumed that J,S_1 and S_2 are the polygene affecting the weight gain of chickens and the J~-S~-_1S~+_2 combination genetic marker may become chicken bodyweight selection genetic maker.

随机选择新扬州鸡大型系和小型系交后代48只,联合研究EAV/DNA指纹图谱带J与OPAY02型2种分子遗传标记与新扬州鸡体质量和生长的关系,结果表明,8、10、26周龄新扬州鸡体质量在2种分子标记的不同组合间比较均存在极显著的差异,尤其是J-S-1S+2条带组合遗传标记,8、10、26周龄新扬州鸡体质量均显著或极显著地高于其他JS1S2组合,根据数量性状多基因假说,可以推测J、S1和S2可能是影响鸡增重的多基因,2种分子遗传标记组合J-S-1S+2遗传标记有望成为鸡体质量选择的遗传标记。
