In this paper,second error factor of dielectric optical multilayer is derived.First and the second error factor are numerically analysed for the λ0/4 dielectic optical multilayers,and are also compared and discussed for their influence on the transmittance and reflectance spectra of the multilayers.In result,it is found that in analysing the influence of the errors of film thickness on the spectra,not only the first error factor,but also the second error factor has to be considered.

本文推导了多层介质光学膜系的二阶膜厚相对误差因子表达式,以λ0/4高反射多层介质膜系为例对一阶和二阶误差因子进行了数值分析,比较了两者在不同波长区域对膜系光谱性能的影响,发现不应仅考虑一阶误差因子,而应同时考虑一阶和二阶误差因子的作用,才能较好地描述膜厚误差对膜系光谱性能的影响。

The chemical preparation method and spectrum characteristics of YPO 4∶Pr 3+ nanocrystal powder are reported for the first time. The structure analysis shows that the sample is nano material with radius of about 20nm. A strong emission from 3P 1 level of Pr 3+ ion is observed under excitation at 3P 0 level by a Ar + laser set at 488nm. This is caused by the efficient cross relaxation energy transfer of { 1D 2× 3H 6→ 3P 1× 3H 4} between different Pr 3+ ...

首次报道了纳米YPO4Pr3+粉末材料的化学制备方法和光谱特性,结构分析证实共沉淀法制得的样品为粒径20nm的纳米微晶.对激发Pr3+离子3P0能级下的光谱性能进行了测量,同在体材料中一样,得到了来自较高能级3P1强发射.研究表明这是由不同Pr3+间有效的{1D2×3H6→3P1×3H4}交叉弛豫能量传递造成的

The homogeneous diamondlike carbon films are deposited on Φ200 mm substrate by means of RF plasma chemical vapordeposition mothod with the mixture of butane,hydrogen and argon gas. The law of the property of the diamondlike carbon films and technic parameters which affect its performance are studied.The spectrum properties of coated elements used in infrared devices are given.
