It is observed that when the nitridation degree is the lighter, with the increasing of the nirridation time the effective electron trap surface concentration in the films increases rapidly, and the detrapping ratio of trapped electrons is almost zero and independent of the shorting time for samples and the strength (until 8MV/cm) and duration of application of external reverse field, and the depth of the electron trap level is the deeper; when the nitridation degree is the heavier with the further increasing of the nitridation time the effective electron trap surface concentration decreases and the depth of electron trap level becomes shallow gradually, and the detrapping ratio of trapped electrons gradually increases and is approximately dependent exponentially on the strength and duration of time application of external reverse field and is almost independent of the shorting time for the samples.

本文研究热氮氧化硅(SiO_xN_y)薄膜在高场下的电子陷阱和被陷电子的释放。发现:当样品被氮化的程度较轻时,膜中的有效电子陷阱表面浓度随着样品被氮化时间的增加而迅速增加,被陷电子的释放率近于零,与样品被短路的时间及外加反向电场的持续时间和大小(直到8MV/cm)无关,电子陷阱能级是较深的;当样品被氮化的程度较重时,随着对样品氮化时间的进一步增加,膜中的有效电子陷阱表面浓度逐渐减小,电子陷阱能级深度逐渐变浅,被陷电子的释放率逐渐增加,并与外加反向电场和外加反向电场的持续时间近似指数关系,几乎与样品被短路的时间无关。

The infrared photo stimulated luminescence(PSL) of SrS∶Eu,Ce,Sm was investigated. The difference of PSL under different excitation was found. The holes play an important role in electron trapping. We have studied the electron transfer path in written process and the mechanism for PSL. Comparing with the doubly doped SrS∶Eu,Sm and SrS∶Ce,Sm,the storage density of SrS∶Eu,Sm, Ce was found to increase.

Objective To investigate the action and mechanism of Auger electron emitting from~(125)Iudr on DNA-targeting radiotherapy of C6 glioma in rat based on establishment of a C6/Wistar glioma model.Methods A total of 50 male Wistar rats were randomizely divided into three groups:Experimental group(n=20),control group(n=20)and sham group(n=10).The animals of two former groups were separted into two subgroups:5 day sacrificing group and survival analysis group.Experimental group was infused intracerebrally~(125)Iudr per 8 hour during proliferation peak(0.2mCi/10μl/time),total dosage was 0.6mCi/rat.Control group were infused intracerebrally~(127)Iudr per 8 hour(5.6um/10μl/time),total dosage was 16.8μm/rat.Sham group were infused with 10μl of 0.9% saline.Animal survival was followed overtime.Results 1.Gross pathological examination demonstrated tumor weight and diameter in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).2.Two rats treated with~(125)Iudr(26 days)were markedly longer than that of control animals treated with~(127)Iudr(12 days)(P<0.05).Conclusions ~(125)Iudr is cell cycle dependent drug which can only be taken in by cells of cell division stage.So that this drug is harmless to the healthy cells in CNS and then is helpful and valuable in clinical application.

目的 在建立C6 Wistar胶质瘤大鼠模型的基础上 ,研究1 2 5IUdR介导俄歇电子释放对大鼠C6胶质瘤DNA靶点放疗后的大鼠生存分析。方法 建立C6 Wistar胶质瘤大鼠模型后 ,将Wistar大鼠分为实验组 (2 0只 )、对照组 (2 0只 )和空白组 (10只 ) 3组 ,前两组再分为 5日处死和生存分析两个亚组。实验组在肿瘤增殖高峰期于肿瘤接种原位分次注入1 2 5IUdR ,0 2mCi 10 μl 次 ;对照组同法注入等摩尔浓度的1 2 7IUdR ,5 6 μM 10 μl 次 ;空白组同法洲入等量生理盐水 ,10 μl 次。了解1 2 5IUdR和1 2 7IUdR治疗后 3组动物的生存情况。结果 在 5 0天的观察期内 ,实验组有 2只生存下来 ,实验组中期生存时间比空白组和对照组延长了 1倍多 (P <0 0 5 )。
