为了研究一种高压静电压力旋转喷嘴的雾化特性,采用浸入法测量了该喷嘴喷雾雾滴粒径在喷嘴轴向的分布状况。试验选择了3个可变操作条件:液体压力、液体流量及静电电压情况下。试验结果表明:随着液体压力、液体流量及静电电压的增加,喷雾雾滴粒径都变小且分布都会更均匀。通过对不同条件下试验数据的分析比较,发现这3个条件对雾滴粒径分布的影响存在相关性,其中静电电压的影响相对较大。
