The optimum conditions were obtained, i.e. air velocity of 2 75m/s in empty tower, L/G=3 0 L/m 3, solid content 6 7%, air temperature 31℃, concentration inlet of SO 2 1500×10 -6 and inlet suspension pH of 80. Under the conditions, the desulfurization efficiency was about 87%.
The supercritical CO2 extraction of βcarotene was simulated and the effects of operating conditions such as pressure(10-32 MPa),temperature(0-60 ℃),gas velocity of empty tower (025-100 m/s) and granular diameter (00005-001 m) on extraction yield and process economy comparing with the experimental results were inspected.

For lowering the energy cost of the several-stage fluidized bed dryer,the cold experiment of the rules between the pressure drop of empty dryer and the rate of holls in air distributors,the pressure drop of empty dryer and the speed of wind,the fluidization scope on feed-in state and the pressure drop of each layer and total layer and the speed of wind was conducted.
The result showed that effect of coversion and selectivity were remarkable for the mass fraction of cinnamaldehyde and gas velocity of empty column,and effect of coversion and selectivity were a little for temperature of reaction.
During the DME absorption by means of solvent,the effect of operation conditions including pressure,temperature,linear velocity of empty column,DME content of the inlet gas and rate of gas to liquid(G/L) on DME volumetric gas side mass transfer coefficient(Kya) were investigated.
