The bowl with red colur may bethe earilest Chinese lacquer, but it has not been proved that the red matter is lacquer or not.In this paper the analytical methods are studied for the determination of Chinese lacquerfllm. The lacquer films in various dynasties are investigated and analyzed with PYMS, FTIR,PYGC-FTIR.The experiments of PYGC-FTIR show that the ancient Chinese lacquer films have thesimilar GC pyrogram and pyrolysis products. The red film on the wooden bowl has the sameanalytical data as the various dynasties lacquer films doThe experiment confimed that PYGC-FTIR is a handy and feasible way and has beenapplied successfully to determine the lacquer bowl in Hemudu although the samp1e which canbe provided is very little. The diagrams of PYMS show that the red pigment in ancientChinese locquer is HgS.

研究了漆膜分析的三种主要方法:裂解质谱,红外光谱,裂解色谱。通过大量实验比较了各种方法的适应性和可靠性,建立了以裂解色谱/富里叶红外光谱联用技术来鉴定漆膜,并对影响裂解反应的因素及色借条件进行了深入的研究,获得了可以重复,具有特征性的漆膜高分辨裂解色谱图,同时对裂解色谱图中主要组分作了定性鉴定,提高了裂解色谱法分析漆膜的可靠性。该方法具有灵敏度高,样品用量小,共存杂质影响小,操作简便等优点。应用核分析技术对河姆渡,良诸庙前遗址出土的二件红色涂料样品进行了鉴定。分析结果证实了河姆渡出土的红色涂料木碗上的涂料是我国至今发现的最早的生漆漆膜。

AIM:To solve the problem of light leakages in inspecting the color on the surface of anterior dental corona by modifying the probe of chroma meter.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the Laboratory of Stomatology,Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA between September 2005 and January 2006.Central incisor,lateral incisor and canines of L/A468 made of composite resin(Heraeus-Kulzer Shanghai,China)were randomly selected with 8 pairs of each type.The materials were provided by Shanghai Dental Material Company.The chromatic values of cervical,middle and incisal parts of red dyed anterior teeth were measured with general chroma meter and modified chroma meter respectively.The chromatism value between the acquired data and the real chroma dyed in red were calculated to comparatively analyze the chromatism value between two group by according to the formula of chromatism value:ΔEab* = (ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2 }1/2.RESULTS:General chroma meter showed that the chromatism values on the middle part of the maxillary central incisor and lateral incisor were less than those in cervical and the middle parts(which were 2.28±2.79,3.88±1.17,3.41±1.94;2.24±1.36,3.31±1.99,3.89±1.29,P < 0.05 respectively),and the chromatism value in middle part of canines was far lower than that in cervical and the middle parts(4.73±2.89,8.35±1.86,11.07±2.46,P < 0.01),but it was greater than the chromatism values of all parts in central incisor and lateral incisor(P < 0.05).The chromatism value measured by chroma meter with modified probe was obviously decreased(P < 0.05).The chromatism values in cervical,middle and incisal parts of central incisor and lateral incisor were below 2,while it was 2.85±1.19 in middle part of the canine and was 3.71±1.24 in cervical part with the chromatism value below 4.But the value of incisal part was still greater(8.51±2.68).CONCLUSION:According to the chroma meter with modified probe,the light leakage on the teeth surfaces with less radian could be partially avoided,which enable the acquired dada be more accurate,but the effect on the incisal part of the canines is not so obvious.
