Viral hemorrhagic disease of rabbit is an acute and lethal epidemic disease newly found in China. Viral hemorrhagic disease of rabbit is an acute and lethal epidemic disease newly found in China. The ultrastructure of liver cells from the diseas ed rabbits was investigated by electron microscopy.Concentrated mature nonmembranous isometric virons with a diameter about 36 nm were observed in the nuclei of liver cells.The cytopathic ultra-structural changes of the nuclei were extensive and serious. Meanwhile, the cytoplasmic organells, such as mitochondria, smooth and rough endo-plasmic reticulum also showed severe deformation or significant alterations. The results which demonstrated that the virions were replicated, and assembled in the nuclei at the early stage of infection implied that the pathogen of the viral hemorrhagic disease of rabbit probably is a kind of DNA virus.

应用高锰酸钾固定法对人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-2Z及其不同克隆细胞株L_2、H_2、L_4的整装培养条件下的细胞内,尤其是细胞伪足内的内质网系统进行了比较观察,发现内质网在上述细胞浆中呈连续的网状分布,在部分叶状伪足和片状伪足的基底部可见巢状的内质网结构,某些丝状伪足内可见单枝游离的内质网,因而推测内质网在细胞伪足内的存在可能与伪足的功能活动有一定的关系。CNE-2Z母系与其不同克隆细胞株的内质网系统在形态结构及数量分布等方面相似,未查见明显差异。

The effects of 5-Fu

通过重量分析、形态学观察和细胞核DNA相对含量的测定研究了5-Fu对大白鼠前列腺组织的作用。结果:5-Fu对阉割后由睾丸酮刺激的大白鼠腹侧叶前列腺组织的快速生长和正常未阉割大鼠的前列腺组织均有明显的抑制作用。在亚细胞水平观察,5-Fu主要作用于内质网系统。大剂量睾丸酮能部分拮抗5-Fu的作用。讨论了5-Fu的抗雄性激素作用及其机理。
