In order to increase the life of the industrial plastic spiral gear and to decrease the noise of its operation in meshing with worm drive, in this paper the necessity of the departure meshing drive is described and the method of design and calculation for such a meshing drive has been suggested. The results thus obtained have been used in the reducing gear box of the automobile microelectric motors, and has been proved to be very satisfactory. The life of the reducing gear box was evidently increased and the operating noise was effectively reduced. In order to get the 7th grade accuracy in manufacturing of the injection molding of the small modul polyformoldehyde spiral gear, the law of shrinkage of the tooth shape of the injection molding polyformoldehyde spiral gear has been investigated and the method of design and calculation of the die-the spiral gear for such a injection molding has also been suggested.

A new argument was proposed, i.e. the minimum backlash of a gear pair had nothing to do with the ways of lubrication, but was related to the roughness of the tooth surface. Furthermore, all the related factors were analysed and some new formulae proposed.

齿轮副必须具备足够量的最小侧隙才能保证正常啮合传动。目前关于最小侧隙的计算还没有比较理想的方法,在理论上和考虑诸影响因素上也尚有争论,尤其渐开线圆柱齿轮精度制(JB179—83)简介中规定了最小侧隙的计算公式,我认为也同样存在着值得商榷的地方。本文重点提出了齿轮副最小侧隙与润滑方式无关而与齿面粗糙度有关的新论点,同时对各影响因素逐一进行分析,提出了新的计算公式。
