Group 1 live near the contaminated lake area, and the group 2 is far from there. The two groups' micronucleus rates of lymphocyte were 0.806‰ and 0.349‰ (u=4.27, p<0.01)but the micronucleus cell rates were 0.64‰ and 0.337‰ (u=3.16, p<0.01 )respectively. Fuzzy sets can be used to detect the difference between experimental group and control group in environmental medicine research.

测定了196名南四湖地区青少年末梢血微核率等指标,用模糊数学法进行了结果分析,同时与x~2检验进行比较,两种分析方法的结母一致,居住在湖水污染区的青少年染色体畸变率有高于离湖较远农业区青少年的趋势。模糊数学法准确、可靠,在环境医学研究中应大力开拓应用。

Through making use of the environmental monitoring analysis method,the author measured the background values of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and Hg etc.in soil and plants of the ZGR Coal mine region of China and analysed theircontents in soil, finding out the correlations between soil and these eleme-nts. Then based on the background values measured, the author predicted thetoxic-elements contents in the area's plants.
