METHODS: Routine MRI sequence and axial diffusion weighted sequence (b=800 s/mm2) were performed in 20 patients with cervical carcinoma and in 16 healthy women as control. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of normal uterine cervix and cervical carcinoma were compared.
Objective: To investigate factor associated suicide (Fas), Fas ligand (FasL) and caspase-8 expressions and their clinical significance in cervical carcinoma and explore the mechanism of tumor immune evasion.
[Results] None of the normal tissues exhibited NF-κBp65, In contrast, 22 of 32 Cervical Squamous cell carcinoma specimens were positive for p65 protein with a 68.7% positive rate. Cervical cancer tissue were 78.5 % expression for cyclin D1 protein, normal cervical tissue were 18.5% expression for cyclin D1 protein.
Objective to study concentration of VEGF,IL-la and IL-6 in serum of the patients with cervcal tumor,Methods VEGF,IL-la and IL-6 were measured by chemiluminescence assays in patients with cervical cancer.
Methods 33 patients with cervical cancer underwent SLNS detection by using blue dye or methlene blue 4ml or lymphazurin was injected into the cervix at 4 points around the tumor at the time of radical hysterectomy and bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy1 tumor characteristics surgical findings and specific locations of lymphatic dye uptake were recorded and correlated with final pathology results.
Results (1) In NE, TUNEL positive cells were found in the superficial layer and PCNA positive cells were confined in the lamina profunda, while in cervical neoplasia these cells were irregulasly scattered throughout the cervical lesions.
While responses in serum to HPV-16 proteins L1, E4, and E7 has been found in up to 78% of persons with HPV-associated cervical neoplasms, data showing that a local response of comparable frequency consistently occurs have yet to be confirmed.
There are a few cases of endosalpingiosis in peritoneal washings that have been incorrectly interpreted as well-differentiated adencarcinoma and have been found in association with ovarian and cervical neoplasms.
Whereas a histological examination disclosed the exact nature of the tumor in the middle ear, the character of the cervical neoplasm could only be assumed.
Real-time PCR was used to quantitate structural and functional aberrations in the tumor suppressor gene RBSP3 (3p.21) in papillomavirus-positive cervical carcinoma (CC).
