As a total there were 31 dogs studied, in order that the effect of shock-wave, which was contained in gun-shot wounds, to sciatic nerves and other soft tissues would be illustrated. The incidence of sciatic nerve injury in gun-shot wound was 22.6%, while that in penetrated wound was 0%. The size and intensity of lacerated injuried area in the former were larger and more severe than that in the latter. The properties of the gun-shot sciatic nerve injuries were principally as well as that of the common direct mechanical peripheral nerve injuries, that were Wallerian degeneration of the neurofibres. infiltrated and proliferated reactions of the endoneurium and perineurium. 本文介绍一种改良的高度选择性迷走神经切断术(壁细胞迷走神经末梢切断术)。手术方法是于胃小弯上,从幽门近侧6cm到贲门下方2.0~2.5cm,分别在小网膜前、后叶附着于胃前、后壁处将小网膜切开;然后于贲门切迹下,从小弯侧第一根胃支到大弯侧最高一根胃短动脉的平面,将胃前、后壁浆肌层作环形切开,以便尽量在末梢处切断支配壁细胞的迷走神经纤维。临床施行40例,平均随访13个月,近期疗效良好。
