The four known compounds wereidentified as rhamnazin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(F_1),homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glucosi-de(F_2),rhamnazin(F_6)and homoeriodictyol(F_7),respectively.
A good linearity between peak area and the concentration was found in the range of 10 ~ 400 g mL-1 and 12 ~ 480 g mL-1 for naringin and neoeriocitrin (r 0.999 7), respectively.

RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and structurally identified. The structure of physalin G(1) was revised, and its NMR signals were assigned by 2D-NMR for the first time. The other compounds were identified as physalin A(2), physalin B(3), physalin D(4), physalin P(5), chrysoeriol(6), saringosterol(7) and syringic acid(8).
Result: 5 compounds were identified as eriodictyol(1),5,7-dihydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxy flavanone(2),oleanolic(3),5,7-dihydroxychromone(4) and homeriodictyol(5) by spectral evidences,in which homeriodictyol(5) had acceleration differentiation to PC12 cell.
