In this paper, the strengthening effect of implanting N~+ on the surface of audio head has been investigated. Ion range and density distribution were calculated by TRIM programme. The electro-magnetic parameters and micro-hardness of audio head were tested before and after ion implantation. The abrasion test of audio head was completed. The results show that the wear resistance of audio head is increased by over one time after a certain number of N~+ are implanted, meanwhile the head remains its ordinary electro-magnetic...

The results show that the wear resistance of audio head is increased by over one time after a certain number of N~+ are implanted, meanwhile the head remains its ordinary electro-magnetic parameters. Ion implantation can reduce the in homogeneity of surface abrasion, therefore improve the electro-magnetic parameters and prolong the life - span of audio head.

研究了在录音机磁头表面注入N~+的强化效果。利用TRIM程序计算了注入离子的射程分布和浓度分布。测试了注入前后磁头的电磁性能、显微硬度,并进行了磁头磨损试验。结果表明,磁头中注入一定剂量N~+,在保持磁头原有电磁性能的基础上,可使其耐磨性能提高1倍以上,还可以减小磁头表面磨损的不均匀性,改善磁头的电磁性能、延长磁头的使用寿命。

本文系统地研究了影响冰箱管线式冷凝器换热的各主要因素。试验表明,(S/D)w是影响散热的最重要因素;冷凝器与垂直平面的倾斜角θ对换热有较大影响,在其它条件不变的情况下,选用θ≈4°时可使冷凝器换热性能提高15%左右;(S/D)_T对冷凝器管外侧换热能力的影响不大,故设计时宜取较小的值;在实验范围内L对换热的影响并不十分显著,过小的L值会使换热恶化,L过大则影响冰箱的紧凑性。本文首次关联了影响管线式冷凝器空气侧换热的各主要因素,提出了供设计用的计算关联式,对此类冷凝器的设计有指导意义。
