A new robotic arm structure-"Caradan" mechanism is presented. The kinematic and dynamic equations are established, the method and results of weight balacing are studied. It is shown that the weight torques of manipulator may be completely removed with the balance of manipulator, thus faciliating not only to reduce the power of drivers but also to improve the performance of manipulators. 本文提出一种机器人手臂新结构——“卡当”等效机构,分析推导了新的运动学和动力学方程,研究了重力平衡的方法和效果。分析研究表明,操作手手臂的重力力矩可以完全消除。这不仅有利于减小驱动力矩。也有利于操作手性能的提高。 This paper introduces the design and configration of NPS measurement and control system in aeroengine multistage compressor test. It describes host/vice microcomputer communication system. Development and application user program in the QUICK BASIC language environment are presented in detail. By making measurements &. analysis. it shows that the performance of the system has been improved. 本文系统地介绍了航空发动机全台压气机试验器NPS~*测控系统设计和配置情况。简述了上下位机通信系统,较详细地介绍了在快速BASIC语言环境下系统应用程序的开发和使用状况。最后对系统进行测试分析。并以对比方式指出系统性能提高情况。 Vacuum solidification is an important technique procedure in transducer fabrication. It is related to the feature enhancement and long term stability as well as the creep specification. The author made atest with four identical strain gauges producing by the same person in same environment and time duration with same procedures. The intercomparison on strain gauges with vacuum solidification and without vacuum solidification shows the above comments. 在传感器制作过程中,真空固化作为重要的工艺步骤,对改善性能、提高长期稳定性及蠕变指标具有明显效果。作者曾在同样的环境条件和时间间隔,采用相同的贴片程序,并由同一操作人员完成四个相同结构的应变计,分别以经过和没经过真空处理作比对,测试结果证实上述结论。
