A new robotic arm structure-"Caradan" mechanism is presented. The kinematic and dynamic equations are established, the method and results of weight balacing are studied. It is shown that the weight torques of manipulator may be completely removed with the balance of manipulator, thus faciliating not only to reduce the power of drivers but also to improve the performance of manipulators.

Vacuum solidification is an important technique procedure in transducer fabrication. It is related to the feature enhancement and long term stability as well as the creep specification. The author made atest with four identical strain gauges producing by the same person in same environment and time duration with same procedures. The intercomparison on strain gauges with vacuum solidification and without vacuum solidification shows the above comments.

在传感器制作过程中,真空固化作为重要的工艺步骤,对改善性能、提高长期稳定性及蠕变指标具有明显效果。作者曾在同样的环境条件和时间间隔,采用相同的贴片程序,并由同一操作人员完成四个相同结构的应变计,分别以经过和没经过真空处理作比对,测试结果证实上述结论。
