本文通过对广灵罗町"3.21"塌陷经过和区域地质环境概况的论述,提出了其塌陷成因是由于古窑采空区顶板冒落沟通了煤系地层和第四系松散层间的地下水运动,加之区内采煤强力疏干加剧了地下水的侵蚀搬运作用,从而形成第四系松散层间的空洞,因地震诱发塌陷的观点。
