The Second Kind of Lagrange Equations offer the motion equations of the system:[J]+[K]{q}={Q}With Cholesky Square Root Method and Jacobi Method we obtain the natural vibration Solution. The natural vibration solution gained by the methods mentioned above has been verified with the diffrence between the elements of [K]·and [J] reaching 10~(12) in this kind of system.By applying Filon Integration Folmla to Duhamel's Integral, we obtain the forced vibration solution of the same system, We emphatically discuss availability of these results.With the above methods, we calculate the torsonal vibration of the transmission system of 200-kilogram test converter (a modeling converter of the 250-ton converter). The calculated results are compared with the testing one of the same system. It is found that they quite agree with each other.These methods can easily be employed and realized with the ordinary small and medium-sized computer.

本文将典型的二点啮合柔性传动轴系归结为二分支的多质量扭振系统。作者对系统中每一个集中惯量所具有的牵连速度都作了考虑(已见资料[5]等仅考虑了部份惯量的牵连速度),用第二类Lagrange方程式推得了系统的运动方程式(组)[J]+[K]{q}={Q} 文章用Cholesky方法和Jacobi方法获得了系统的固有振动解,并用多种途径证实了甚至[K]与[J]矩阵元素之间相差达10~(12)的该类系统用上法得到的固有振动解的可靠性。文章还应用Filon积分公式于Dubamel积分获得了系统的强迫振动解。本文着重讨论了这些解的可靠性。按上述方法对200公斤试验转炉(250吨转炉模拟转炉)的传动系统的扭转振动进行了计算,计算结果与该转炉的试验结果相吻合。此计算方法可以在常用的中小型计算机上顺利地实现。
