This paper is to study the applicability of the air disinfection equipment in general hospital. With the method of plate exposure adopted, five or three sample points are selected. The sample, culture and classification of bacteria are performed 30mins, 60mins, 120mins and 180mins before and after the equipment is turned on, and then the values of cfu/m3 are worked out respectively. The result shows that different departments should adopt different disinfection equipments according their characteristics and functions to meet the requirements of ″Disinfection Technology Specification″. Through this research and corresponding regulation, the management of air disinfection in our hospital is improved.

目的:为研究探索综合性医院空气消毒设备的科学性和适用性。方法:预先选择好实验场所,采用平板暴露法在各实验部门分设5个或3个采样点,分别在开机前、开机后30,60,120,180min进行细菌采样、培养、分型,并按公式计算出cfu/m3;结果:研究表明,为了达到国家卫生部《消毒技术规范》中规定的医疗环境的空气卫生标准,应当根据各种空气消毒方法、器械、设备的特点和性能,以及临床监测的消毒效果,在不同的部门分别给予选用。结论:通过上述临床研究和适当的调配使用,加强了我院主要医护工作场所空气消毒灭菌工作的技术管理。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical disinfection effect of commonly used air disinfection methods and equipments in hospital.METHODS Before and 30,60,120 and 180 min after opening of tested disinfectors the agar plates were placed on various points in tested rooms for 5 min, and then incubated at 37℃ for 48h, after that to count the colony number on every plate.RESULTS In rooms when personnel is flowing better to choose the continuously dynamic disinfection equipment. In ICU and other severe degree patients rooms to use UV disinfector lamp with reflector. But in window-closed rooms, such as treatment and procedure rooms to apply UV disinfector with circulatory breeze.CONCLUSIONS The air disinfection methods and equipments must be reasonably chosed and the technical management of air disinfection work of hospital must be strengthened.

目的 探讨医院常用空气消毒方法的临床消毒效果。方法 在各实验部门分别在开机前、开机后30、60、120、180min将琼脂平板置各采样点暴露5min,而后放37℃孵箱48 h,观察结果并记录平板菌落数。结果 人员流动的地方应选用持续动态消毒设备;ICU等有重患者卧床的部门应当选用紫外线反光罩消毒灭菌灯;不能开窗的治疗室、处置室等部门应选用紫外线循环风消毒灭菌器。结论 选择合理的空气消毒方法,同时应加强工作场所空气消毒灭菌工作的技术管理。
